Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNZU handles account, order, and website visit data when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Before using the service, please review how different types of data are used and handled. For specific refund terms, see the Refund Policy.

Account Data and Its Uses

No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. The username identifies the account, enables sign-in, and links subscriptions to it. The password is used to verify sign-ins and should be kept secure. If a user chooses to provide an email address, such as a reply address in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and is not required for registration.

To provide subscription services, the account is also associated with plan status, data usage, and order records. This information is used to show available services, verify billing, and address account or order questions raised by users. Content and correspondence submitted in a support ticket are used to follow up on that ticket. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Browsing Activity and Connection Logs

VPNZU does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that can be used to trace individual connection sessions. As a result, there is no historical retention period for such connection logs, and they cannot be used to reconstruct users' browsing activity.

Subscription data usage accounting is separate from browsing records: the system needs to maintain data consumption associated with an account and its plan status to determine service availability and display the remaining balance. This billing information is not used to create a list of websites visited. If a connection problem occurs, users can choose what diagnostic information to include in a support ticket; submitted content is handled as ticket data.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

When you visit the website, analytics data such as page views, referral pages, and browser types may be collected to check that pages are working properly, identify access issues, and improve content. This analytics data is not browsing history for subscription routes and is not used to list websites visited through them.

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain sign-in status, language preferences, and necessary interface settings so users can continue their activity across pages. Users can clear this data in their browser settings; doing so may require them to sign in again or reset personal preferences. Browser cookie restrictions may also affect account features.

Orders and Third-Party Payments

Order records include the selected service, amount due, payment status, and transaction information needed to process refunds. They are used to verify service delivery, handle payment disputes, and meet necessary financial obligations. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, and information they collect during payment is subject to their own policies.

VPNZU updates order status based on payment results, but does not create browsing records when users access subscription routes. Information needed to verify an order and payment status for a refund request is used as part of the refund process. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data is retained while the account is in use to support sign-in, data usage accounting, and service delivery. Order and payment status data is retained for as long as needed to process transactions and refunds or meet legal record-keeping obligations. Support ticket data is retained for as long as needed to handle requests and follow-up checks. Once the purpose for retention has ended, relevant data will be deleted or de-identified, except where the law requires it to be kept longer.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through Support Tickets, specifying the account and data involved. VPNZU will verify the request's connection to the account before processing data that can be deleted. Order records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted until the retention obligation ends. Deleting account data may prevent an existing subscription from continuing to work.

Policy Updates

If data-handling practices change, VPNZU will update this policy and the date at the top of this page. Significant changes concerning the use of account data or user rights will also be announced through appropriate on-site notices. Users are encouraged to review the version in effect before submitting new data or continuing to use subscription services. Questions about this policy can be submitted through a user panel support ticket.
