Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network subscription services provided by VPNZU. Read the following rules before using an account, choosing a plan, or connecting to a route. Plan prices and data allowances are listed on the Plans page; refunds are covered by a separate policy.
Service Scope
VPNZU provides routes and subscription services for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service includes international routes available through an account, the corresponding connection details, and a panel for downloading clients and managing subscriptions. Available routes, protocols, and regions are as shown in the service interface.
Network conditions in different regions, access rules for destination websites, and the devices users choose may all affect connection results. VPNZU provides network connectivity; it does not replace accounts, permissions, or content subscriptions for destination websites, nor does it determine whether third-party services are available in a particular region.
Account and Subscription
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. Users should keep their account credentials and subscription information secure and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials or subscription information may have been exposed, users should promptly take the available account-protection measures in the panel.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but are intended only for the account holder and devices within their reasonable use. Do not resell plans, publish subscription information publicly, or share an account or subscription with unrelated people. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.
Billing and Refunds
Before placing an order, check the selected plan, data allowance, and amount due. Available plans and prices are listed on the Plans page; the panel displays the details of the actual order before submission. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Follow the steps shown on the order page to complete payment, and keep any necessary order records for reference.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For instructions and processing rules, see the separate Refund Policy. These terms do not establish refund conditions that differ from that policy.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and are responsible for confirming that the websites they access and the content they use comply with the relevant rules. Do not use the service to engage in unlawful activity, infringe on others’ rights, disrupt network operations, or access another person’s systems or data without permission.
Users are responsible for the content they choose to access and the actions they take. If an account’s use affects the normal provision of routes, or there are reasonable grounds to believe it violates these terms, VPNZU may restrict the relevant use as appropriate and explain the reason where suitable.
Availability and Liability
VPNZU maintains the routes and systems used to provide the service, but connection quality may be affected by the user’s local network, international links, device configuration, and the status of third-party services. Some connections may be temporarily affected during route changes, maintenance, or outages. Users can adjust their selection based on the routes shown as available in the interface.
For network interruptions outside VPNZU’s control, changes to third-party websites, or issues with a user’s device, the service cannot promise that a particular website will always be accessible or that every connection will perform the same way. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination and Changes
Users may stop using the service and manage their subscriptions using the features provided in the panel. VPNZU may restrict or terminate access for accounts involved in reselling, publicly sharing subscription information, unlawful use, or ongoing disruption of the service. The handling of amounts already paid is subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
If the service rules need to change, VPNZU will publish updated terms on this page and revise the update date at the top. Important changes affecting subscription use will be explained in an appropriate place on the site. Users should review the applicable terms before continuing to use the service.
